iPad Mini is still a rumor, but if Apple launches a device like this, it will kill Google Nexus 7. How? Here’s how:
- More Digital content —Apple already has more things to offer in comparison of Google. iTunes is gigantic and it offers more digital content. Apple’s TV offers more than half dozen leading channels that are not available on Google Play. It also means that such content will also not available on Nexus 7. The big deal is—if you own the content purchased from Apple, you can move it across other Apple devices.
- Unlimited Applications — Yes, Google has half million apps but not all do have better quality. Many are poorly designed while others never work on tablets. Google, so far, has been unsuccessful in tablet market, thus developers have built fewer apps. But the case is totally different with Apple. Apple has hundreds of thousands apps that have been specially designed for iPad.
- Better Distribution Channels —Apple has placed its products at hundreds of retailer stores in a dozen countries. Best Buy and Amazon are leading names selling Apple products online. Google needs to do something like that.
Google still lacks at above mentioned places. It needs to do more work out if it wants to see its commencement in hardware market, because everybody knows-how tough player Apple is!
